​A mobile oyster bar that brings the shore to your door. Our custom-built oyster bar — inspired by classic nautical charm and beach-town simplicity — sets the stage for a relaxed, refined gathering.​ Perfect for: Weddings, corporate events, private parties

 

Featuring:

 

  • Up to 3 oyster varieties (based on seasonal availability)

  • A crew of 1-2 professional shuckers

  • On-site setup, service, and breakdown

  • 1 hour of active service with 1 shucker + 1 hour set-up & breakdown

  • Minimum order of 100 oysters (per variety)​

 

Pricing:

  • Starting at $500 with 1 shucker (includes 1 hour active bar service + 1 hour for set-up & breakdown). 100 oyster minimum required

  • Starting at $800 with 2 shuckers for 2-hours of service (includes 1 hour active service + 1 hour set-up & breakdown). 300 oyster minimum required

 

Travel: Our handmade bar accommodates 1-2 shuckers and is available for events within a 15-mile radius of 07712. Additional travel fees may apply for events beyond this radius.​​​

Service is currently limited to New Jersey only.

All the flavor. None of the fuss. Want oysters without the full setup? We’ll shuck, chill, and deliver everything you need — beautifully packed and ready to serve. Whether it’s a backyard hang or an intimate gathering, this option brings our signature quality straight to you. Perfect for: Birthdays, dinner parties, casual celebrations, anniversaries​. For the best experience, we recommend scheduling delivery as close to your serving time as possible to ensure peak freshness and presentation.​

Please note the Shuck & Roll is not available if you are located outside of Monmouth County.

Featuring:

​

  • Up to 2 oyster varieties (based on seasonal availability, 100 oyster minimum, with max order of 150 oysters)

  • Pre-shucked and perfectly chilled

  • Delivered in a 52” x 25” inflatable serving cooler (yours to keep!), with crushed ice to maintain optimal temperature

  • Oysters stay perfectly chilled in ideal weather conditions between 1 - 3+ hours (as the ice gradually melts)

  • Starting at $300 (customized based on needs and oyster selection)

  • Delivery fees may be incurred depending on location (i.e., tolls)
