The Shuck & Roll
Not every occasion calls for a full setup — sometimes, it’s all about keeping it simple and letting the oysters shine.
The Shuck & Roll includes up to two varieties of oysters (based on seasonal availability), freshly shucked and arranged over ice in a 52” x 25” inflatable serving tray — yours to keep.

The setup is designed to keep your oysters cold and fresh between 1 - 3+ hours in ideal environmental conditions.
