The Full Bar Experience

Our custom-built oyster bar combines nautical charm with beach-town simplicity, setting the stage for a relaxed yet refined gathering.

Whether you're hosting an intimate party or a larger event, we bring the sea to your doorstep with up to four varieties of oysters (based on seasonal availability), freshly shucked by our skilled crew.

Along with the oysters, we provide everything you need for a seamless experience:

Paper trays,
And a dash of hot sauce for those who like a little extra kick

As part of our local conservation effort, we also provide a shell collection container for donation to the NJDEP Shell Recycle Program.

The Shuck & Roll

Not every occasion calls for a full setup — sometimes, it’s all about keeping it simple and letting the oysters shine.

The Shuck & Roll includes up to four varieties of oysters (based on seasonal availability), freshly shucked and arranged over ice in a 16” x 24” serving tray — yours to keep.

Along with the oysters, we provide everything you need for a smooth, self-serve experience:

And a dash of hot sauce for those who like a little extra kick

The setup is designed to keep your oysters cold and fresh for 3+ hours. For the most flavorful experience, we recommend scheduling pickup or delivery as close to your serving time as possible.
